All Smarte reports have been developed using Crystal Reports which is an industry leading report writing tool.
As part of the implementation process we will create all the key reports for you such as Quote Letter, Order Confirmation, Work Ticket, Purchase Order, Delivery Note and Invoice using Crystal Reports.
We will train your internal staff on how to use the Crystal Report product empowering them to modify any reports at a later stage as your business needs change.
There are about 100 standard reports provided with Smarte covering all areas of the system that can be customised by your staff as required. In addition any new reports that you create can be incorporated within Smarte appearing as part of the core package.
